Speed HUD when dead bug

[Darknix]

Speed HUD when dead option is currently bugged and doesn't properly stay on screen or track player speed when spectating others (Speed HUD in this instance is supposed to be staying underneath map).

Howdy, yeah will look into it. Might just be unsupported for that specific HUD layer.

necro'd? necro'd.

Seems like the speed/velocity counter HUD seems to follow where the players cursor would be whilst spectating another player.
